Mr. Abdul Matlub Ahmad is the Chairman of the Company who is a renowned businessman of the country. Mr. Ahmad, an Oxford graduate, is also the Chairman of country's one of the biggest conglomerates, Nitol-Niloy Group. Mr. Abdul Matlub Ahmad is a leading entrepreneur and a visionary of Bangladesh. He is reputed for his integrity and efficient management. He was a director of the Federation of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI), the apex body of business of the country. He is also associated with a number of socio-cultural clubs and sports organizations.

Mrs. Selima Ahmad, one of the major sponsor directors of the Company has obtained Master of Management from Dhaka University. In light with her educational background, she is managing one of the top conglomerates of the country, Nitol-Niloy Group. She is also Director of Nita Company Ltd., Nitol Motors Ltd.,  Central Properties Ltd. She is also the President of Bangladesh Women Chamber of Business & Industry (BWCBI).

Mr. Syed Monowar Ali is one of the sponsor directors of the company, has excellent track record of his own business. He obtained M.Com from Dhaka University and joined the business.

Ms. Shahnaz Ahmed, one of the sponsor directors of the company, is a daughter of Late Nurul Islam & was born in respected Muslim family. She obtained B. A. and joined as one of the sponsor directors of the company.

Mr. Nasim Ali Khan, obtained B.A and joined as a sponsor Directors of the company He is also well known and has excellent track record of his own business.
